About Us
"Because I have a Brother, I will always have a Friend" - Jolene Perry
Friendliest Lodge this side of the Gila River:

Masonry is the oldest fraternity in the world. We are an organization of men working to build ourselves so that we might leave the world better than we found it. Gila Valley Lodge 9 is one of those places where you will find heartfelt fraternity, a quest for learning, and impassioned charity. We are active with our membership and we are avid actors in our communities. If this is what you are looking for, then we are the lodge for you.

Gila Valley 9 was founded in the year 1890 in Florence Arizona predating Arizona state-hood and making us more than 128 years old. Our lodge has been an anchor in downtown Florence, Arizona for most of those 128 years where we have been at our current location 150 S Main Street since the early 1950's.

In addition to being the only Lunar Lodge in Arizona, we are one of only a handful of Lunar Lodges west of the Mississippi, and one of less than 100 Lunar Lodges in the country. As Arizona's only Lunar Lodge, our lodge meets on the Monday on or before the full moon.
We are a relatively small lodge with less than 100 members, but we pack a Masonic punch. There is always something fun happening, and we aim to impress. Travelers are always warmly welcomed, so if you have not been down to one of our meetings - then Brother, you are truly missing out.

Come on down and see us, we sure would love to have you!
